This painting is inspired by the human anatomy. It reflects major self-destructive issues that are currently affecting our society which prevents us from fully embracing the flaws and the strengths we have as humans.

Having in common an anatomy that is so identical to one another. We tend to focus on external things like complexion or aging and we don’t realize that those are external factors clouding our judgement. Clouding our mirrors. Clouding our reflections. Sometimes we can’t even see ourselves. Our body is like an encyclopedia that tells us where we come from. Our scars are a form of resilience.

We may not agree on all things but we are identical.
